RETURNS

BERTINI SHOES will accept returns on unworn merchandise for up to 14 days from date of purchase. All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice and in the original box. Upon inspection a credit will be given to the original credit card. The credit will include any applicable taxes paid. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return your unworn shoes or accessory item(s) for an exchange or a refund to the following address:

SALES TAX

BERTINI SHOES charges sales tax an all purchases shipped to California.

PAYMENTS

BERTINI SHOES accepts payments in U.S. dollars only. Currently Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards are acceptable forms of payment. Please note that the following categories must be entered correctly:
